Deputy CEO

NeoPay is an innovative fintech company that focuses on payment and embedded finance solutions.
With a customer-focused approach, NeoPay provides optimal technology solutions for all the
payment needs of corporate businesses and SMEs. We are looking for an experienced executive
with a proven track record of building and running high performing companies. You will be
reporting directly to the CEO and taking charge of the day to day operations, using your expertise
to scale the company for highest performance and success. We are looking for a driven, ambitious
executive who shares our passion for changing the financial landscape in Vietnam.

I. Job responsibilities:
1. Develop the strategic and operational frameworks necessary to grow and support the business
2. Balance efforts towards longer-term strategic business results with profitable growth and
increased market share in the short-term
3. Identify and manage the best partners and vendors that allow for rapid go-to-market of the
company’s products and services
4. Ability to build a strong functional team and someone having multi-functional expertise (
Sales, Marketing, Operations, New Product development, Finance, Systems, HR etc.)
5. Setting up parameters for effective governance, risks and sustainable platform – Building a
capable organization for a larger strategic event
6. Owning and monitoring the finances (top / bottom line), managing the capital and cashflow
and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and investment requirements

II. Skills and qualifications:
1. MBA or equivalent experience
2. Proven experience as CEO/COO or relevant role, preferably in startups
3. High on integrity
4. A self-starter who needs minimal supervisory control, Entrepreneurial mind-set with a
High degree of passion and drive
5. 10+ years in fintech, consumer finance, and/or ecommerce
6. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high degree of multi-tasking. Understanding
of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc. and ownership of P&L, balance
sheet, and budgets
7. Track record of building productive teams and delivering results in challenging markets
8. Able to work strategically but also willing to work hands on whenever required
9. Comfortable with ambiguity and working in fast changing fintech
10. Strong grasp of compliance requirements with relevant ministries
11. Vietnamese and English language required
