NeoPay has recently been alerted by customers about the emergence of fake NeoPay websites. These deceptive sites are luring customers to use their online payment services on mobile devices.
These fake websites often have similar interfaces with the official NeoPay website, but some differences, such as:

Domain name: Use a different domain name from NeoPay/NeoX’s official domain names (for example, instead of “https://neox.vn” it could be “https://neopayonline.org”).

Contact information: Providing false or inaccurate contact information (for example, a phone number or email different from official information).

Content: Their websites contain false, ambiguous information or requests to provide sensitive personal information (such as passwords, bank account information, etc.).
Given the increasing sophistication of fraudulent acts, including cyber fraud, it’s more important than ever for customers to remain vigilant during the payment and transaction process.
